So I’ve been going back and forth on this for weeks now and figured I’d just ask here before I order the wrong thing. I need something to keep camping gear and random tools from sliding around in the bed of my Hilux, nothing fancy, just functional. A buddy told me to look into vehicle or floor pallets which honestly wasn’t even a term I’d heard before this whole rabbit hole started. I stumbled across Crateco while searching and they have quite a few options but now I’m second guessing whether I need something custom sized or if the standard dimensions would fit fine between the wheel wells. My truck’s a 2021 double cab and the bed isn’t huge, maybe I’m overthinking this but I’d rather hear from someone who actually uses them daily instead of just trusting the product photos. How heavy are these things usually and do they rattle like crazy on corrugated dirt roads or do they sit pretty solid once they’re in place?
